JP Infra’s Club Marvel opening creates tinsel town buzz

MUMBAI, Jan 6 (The CONNECT) — An afternoon of quiet glamour unfolded in Mira Road as Bollywood celebrities and lifestyle influencers stepped into JP Infra’s Club Marvel, a newly unveiled lifestyle destination at North Garden City that is already drawing attention for its scale and sensibility.

Spread across more than one lakh square feet, the seven-level clubhouse offered a first look at how integrated living is being reimagined in Mumbai’s fast-growing northern corridor. As guests explored the expansive spaces, Mira Road briefly found itself in the spotlight, signalling its arrival on the city’s evolving lifestyle map.

Among those present were film personalities Rhea Chakraborty, Saiee Manjrekar, Jim Sarbh and Nikita Dutta, who took time to experience the design language and varied zones within the clubhouse. Their presence was complemented by leading digital creators including Curly Tales founder Kamiya Jani, Khushnaz Ashdin Turner, Natasha Luthra, Prerna Mehra, Funcho, Rafique Merchant and Mayank Agarwal. Through posts, stories and live updates, they brought Club Marvel to wider audiences, highlighting its architecture, interiors and curated amenities.

The digital buzz was immediate, with Club Marvel quickly emerging as a talking point for its blend of wellness, leisure and community-centric spaces. Visitors moved seamlessly from fitness and recreation areas to lounges and social corners, reflecting the project’s emphasis on balance rather than spectacle.

Shubham Jain, Managing Director, JP Infra Mumbai Pvt. Ltd., said the idea was to create more than just a collection of amenities. Club Marvel, he noted, was envisioned as a lifestyle anchor where residents could connect, unwind and celebrate everyday living. The response, he said, reaffirmed the growing demand for thoughtfully designed community spaces in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Adding depth to the offering are curated partnerships that extend the clubhouse’s purpose. These include Kamats for dining, Dignity Foundation’s dedicated senior citizens’ arena, holistic healthcare through Bhaktivedanta Wellness Centre, and early learning facilities by EuroKids. Together, they position the clubhouse as a shared ecosystem rather than a standalone luxury.

As infrastructure and residential demand continue to reshape Mira Road, Club Marvel reflects a broader shift towards integrated, experience-led living. The celebrity presence may have drawn the cameras, but the lasting impression was of a space designed to support everyday life—quietly aspirational, inclusive and community-driven.
