ANAROCK Enters Project Delivery With PMES Vertical

New engineering arm adds end-to-end execution to consultancy’s real estate play

MUMBAI, Jan 13 (The CONNECT) — ANAROCK has announced the strategic launch of its Project Management & Engineering Services (PMES) vertical, marking a major expansion that positions the firm as a fully integrated, end-to-end real estate solutions provider. With PMES, ANAROCK now spans the entire value chain — from concept and advisory to construction delivery and sales.

The new vertical has begun operations at scale, with more than 500 professionals and 42 active client mandates already onboard. ANAROCK expects PMES to generate over ₹125 crore in revenue in FY 2026–27, contributing meaningfully to the group’s ₹1,100 crore revenue target. The business has a defined roadmap to scale up to ₹300 crore by FY28, reflecting strong early traction and rising demand for professional, technology-led project delivery.

To steer this growth, ANAROCK has assembled a senior leadership team with deep, multi-sector expertise. Amit Jaitly leads West and North India as Managing Director, Tarunankur Nag heads Central and East India, and Veeresh S Manjunatha oversees Karnataka, all as Managing Directors. Nishanth Kumar drives pan-India business development as Regional Director. They are supported by a strong regional leadership bench, ensuring execution depth across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.

Explaining the rationale behind the launch, Anuj Puri, Chairman, ANAROCK, said clients increasingly want the firm’s hallmark accountability and transparency to extend beyond transactions to the actual building of projects. He noted that with a large team already in place, PMES has entered the market at full speed, backed by integrated technology, disciplined processes and experienced talent to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The move aligns with strong industry fundamentals. India’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) market is estimated at USD 69.28 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 105.96 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 8.87%. Construction management services form the largest share of this market, driven by demand for single-point accountability in complex developments. Residential EPCM is expanding even faster, aided by housing demand, PMAY, RERA reforms, and the National Infrastructure Pipeline, alongside rising adoption of BIM, digital twins and AI-led construction tools.

ANAROCK PMES offers a comprehensive suite of services covering project and construction management, turnkey and design-build solutions, and project advisory for both base-build and fit-out works. The vertical operates on a single-accountability model, supported by proprietary digital dashboards for real-time monitoring. It is already managing over 40 million sq ft across its current engagements.

Puri said the launch of PMES completes ANAROCK’s core services loop, enabling the firm to guide projects through their full lifecycle — from feasibility and capital advisory to construction execution and sales. He added that while PMES marks a significant milestone since ANAROCK’s founding in 2017, the company will continue to explore new, innovation-led avenues to build on its market leadership and technology-first approach.
