Real estate major Kalpataru has launched a Grade-A commercial project in Mumbai eastern suburb
MUMBAI, Apr 07 (The CONNECT) - Real estate major Kalpataru has launched a Grade-A commercial project at Mulund in north-east Mumbai.
The project, Kalpataru Summit will be spread over 6 lakh square feet area and offers compact and mid-size offices besides retail spaces with a options ranging between 450 square feet and 1000 square feet.
“Located on the arterial LBS Marg which connects residential neighborhoods from Ghatkopar to Thane, Kalpataru Summit offers easy access, shorter commute times and the opportunity to work near home. The project’s luxury office spaces with class leading amenities and facilities will enable entrepreneurs and business owners move up the aspirational value chain," Kalpataru Ltd. Managing Director Parag Munot said. It will be ready by June 2026.
