Mhaske’s deep and diverse experience in the areas of power system will be of great value to the company, said Dr Rajib Mishra, PTC CMD.

NEW DELHI, Jan 19 (The CONNECT) – Power trading solutions major PTC India Limited has appointed Prakash S Mhaske as an Independent Director of the company, with effect from January 16, 2023.

The appointment is for a period of three years, subject to the approval of shareholders. Mhaske retired as Chairman from Central Electricity Authority.

Dr. Rajib K Mishra, CMD (addl. charge), PTC India Limited, described Mhaske as a nationally and globally respected power sector expert. “His deep and diverse experience in the areas of power system will be of great value to the company,” Dr Mishra said.
