E&Y to advise on going digital

Indian Overseas Bank has appointed Ernst & Young as its digital consultant.

MUMBAI, Apr 22 (The CONNECT) - Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) intends to transform its banking services into a digitalized form and has appointed Ernst & Young as its digital consultant.

The digital consultant would help the Bank to stay focussed on leveraging and adopting new technologies and to enhance the service quality and delivery to its customers.  This initiative would also help the Bank to accelerate digitalization in all the areas including its assets and liability products and services.

With this new initiative, MD & CEO of IOB Partha Pratim Sengupta said the Bank is poised to attract the tech-savvy millennial customers. The Bank will now be confident of providing all customers a hassle free and seamless banking experience.
