Plum appoints Zoheab Rehaman as its Head of People Success, aims to grow from 120 to 1,000 employees by 2024
BANGALORE, Feb 11 (The CONNECT) - Employee health insurance platform Plum has appointed HR honcho Zoheab Rehaman as its Head of People Success. Zoheab, who assumed charge from February 1, will be working closely with the founders as the company look to grow from 100 employees to over 1000 over the next two years.
Zoheab comes with over 11 years of experience in leading people practices in prominent startups and global corporations such as Mu-Sigma, Pocket52, Scienaptic AI and Fintellix Solutions among others. In his earlier roles, he has successfully driven talent acquisition, retention, culture and employee experience, global policies and processes, multi-country compensation, payroll and compliance. In his previous role as Head of HR at Pocket52, Zoheab was instrumental in scaling up from an approximate 25 member team to 150 professionals within a few months.
