MUMBAI, Aug 21 (The CONNECT) -The Initial Public Offering of Gem Aromatics was subscribed 30.27 times today when the issue closed for bids.
The issue received bids of 29,61,15,156 against the offered 97,82,363 equity shares at a price band of Rs 309-Rs325, according to data available on the stock exchanges.
Retail Portion and Non-institutional portion were subscribed 10.31 times and 45.06 times, respectively. Qualified Institutional Investors was subscribed 55.28 times.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited is the sole book-running lead manager, and KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the Offer.
Gem Aromatics Limited is an established manufacturer of specialty ingredients, including, essential oils, aroma chemicals and Value-Added Derivatives in India with a track record of over two decades.
It offers a diversified portfolio of products, ranging from the Mother Ingredients to its various Value-Added Derivatives.
Its products find application across a broad spectrum of industries, such as, oral care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, wellness and pain management and personal care.

During FY 2025 in India, it is one of the largest procurers of Piperita oil, and one of the largest processors of DMO, Clove oil, Eugenol and Eucalyptus Oil in terms of volume manufactured.
