Legendary chef Jean-François Arnaud has begun his master class for aspiring pastry chefs at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts
NEW DELHI, May 11 (the CONNECT) - The legendary chef Jean-François Arnaud has begun his master class in the National capital for aspiring pastry chefs at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts. The six-day workshop, launched yesterday, to impart hands-on training to the budding chefs on delectable French patisserie skills.
The Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef, through an interactive session will demonstrate his expertise in French entremets, petit gateau, and tea cakes along with sharing insights from his culinary journey.
Jean-François Arnaud is a well-known pâtissier from France. Born into a family of pastry cooks, he received the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) in the mode of pâtisserie Confiserie in 2000 as a result of his training and passion for the trade. Bringing a global palette to the Indian tables, the highly acclaimed chef will train the students with requisite skills for building a career in French boulangerie or patisserie. Further, he shall share his unique baking tricks and entrepreneurship skills with the students and faculty members, which will not only provide them with a new perspective on teaching but will also help them improve their leadership abilities.
