Students in schools and colleges are not taught how to organise themselves as new members of the workforce, especially in sales and marketing, Gadkari said. PoSPs, which are more or less like insurance agents, can be operated by the youth with Class-X pass qualification, with a 15-hour of training. In comparison, an insurance agent requires a minimum educational qualification of Class XII pass and 50 hours of training.
