Marut Drones launches AG365H, India’s first DGCA Type Certified medium category agricultural drone.
AMARAVATI, Oct 22 (The CONNECT) – Marut Drones today announced the launch of AG365H, India’s first DGCA-certified medium category agricultural drone.
The AG365H is designed to transform agricultural practices across the country and can be used for fish feeding, broadcasting fertilizer granules, spraying pesticides, and providing comprehensive training for drone operators. Its multi-utility features are set to significantly enhance productivity and sustainability in modern farming.
The launch took place at the Amaravati Drone Summit, attended by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu and Union Civil Aviation Miniter K Ram Mohan Naidu.
Marut’s AG365H has a portable design that allows it to be easily transported on a two-wheeler. It offers 23 minutes of flight time with a depleting payload and features a 10-liter tank for liquid applications. Powered by a robust 25,200 mAh lithium-ion battery, the drone also supports live video streaming and digital platform recording for comprehensive data capture.
Equipped with 4G connectivity for seamless communication and a user-friendly remote with a screen for enhanced control, it can cover 30 acres per day and includes a dual flight mode to cater to various operational needs. The multi-language Ground Control Station (GCS) makes it accessible to a diverse range of users.
In addition, the AG365H includes three dedicated applications for spraying, spreading, and DGCA-certified training. Safety is a top priority, as the drone comes with obstacle detection and other safety features. With a range of up to 1.5 km, it can operate both day and night.
Moreover, its web API integration allows for centralized monitoring of usage, health status, geolocation, flight time, area covered, and live feed.
