Structurally Hyderabad Metro Rail has all its stations on a hump, so that maximum advantage of regenerative energy during acceleration and deceleration can be utilized.

The Stations being windows to the metro service are designed reflecting functional aesthetics, user friendly, and energy-efficient with station architecture that is environmentally friendly and green.
