Shiva Cycles with Ethomart (EMCT) organised an Eco-Friendly Cycling Tour on the International Plastic Bag Free Day on July 3

NEW DELHI, July 5 (The CONNECT) - Shiva cycles with Ethomart (EMCT) organised an Eco-Friendly Cycling Tour from Greater Noida(w)to Rashtrapati Bhawan on the International Plastic Bag Free Day on July 3.

Over 70 prominent from different parts of Delhi NCR participated in the ride of about65 kms.

Every year, this day is observed to create awareness about the threat caused by plastic pollution to the natural environment be it in land or marine life.

The cycle rally went about educating the under-privilege children about the importance of using paper bags/glass as Renewable, Recyclable Reusable, and Compostable.

With scorching heat outside raising the temperature of Delhi NCR, they celebrated the day by using paper cups for their fresh sugar cane juice.
