MUMBAI, Feb 25 (The CONNECT) – Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), has crossed 1 lakh cumulative sales milestone of its global SUV model Honda Elevate with its success in India and abroad.
The Elevate is exclusively made in India currently at HCIL’s manufacturing plant in Tapukara, Rajasthan.
The company has cumulatively sold 53,326 units of the Elevate in India and exported 47,653 units to countries including Japan, South Africa, Nepal & Bhutan till January’25.
The Elevate was launched in India in September 2023 established itself in the competitive domestic SUV market sweeping away over 20 prestigious automobile industry awards including laurels such as Car of the Year, Viewer’s Choice Car of the Year, SUV of the Year etc. from leading media houses. The car has resonated well with its strong customer base and enjoys a high level of recommendation from them.
