MUMBAI, Mar 11 (The CONNECT)-  Kapture CX, leading Gen AI powered Customer Experience platform , announced the appointment of Devika Rajeev as the Head of HR. With around 13 years of experience in human resources,

Devika has held key positions at Wipro, Heidrick & Struggles, and Ola. An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, apart from  a B.A. (Hons) in Mathematics from Delhi University.

In her new role at Kapture CX, Devika will be responsible for, enhancing employee engagement, and strengthening talent acquisition and retention efforts. She will play a key role in shaping a dynamic and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Her leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
