MUMBAI, Aug 14 (The CONNECT) – The Initial Public Offering of BlueStone Jewellery & Lifestyle Limited was subscribed 2.7 times on the final day of bidding, yesterday.
The issue received bids of 4,46,20,386 shares against the offered 1,65,14,421 equity shares, at a price band of ₹492-517, according to the data available on the stock exchanges.
Retail Portion and Non-Institutional Investors Portion were subscribed 1.35 times and 0.55 times respectively, whereas Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion was subscribed 4.28 times.
Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited), and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited are the book-running lead managers, and KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the Offer.
