112% Occupancy At Gurugram, 82% At Lucknow

NEW DELHI, Apr 2 (The CONNECT) – My Place Coworking (MPC), which has achieved a 112% occupancy at its Gurugram centre, plans to go on an aggressive expansion, pan India.
While the total capacity of the Gurugram center is 550 seats, the facility has seen 623 seats getting occupied, combining day and night shifts, Vinayak Nath- Founder and CEO, My Place Coworking, said.
The Gurugram center is the second coworking space by MPC, after Lucknow center which is at 82 percent occupancy.

The coworking plans at MPC start at INR 2,999 per person per month. The center is spread over an area of 2,5000 sqft., split in 5 floors and a terrace. In addition to the coworking facilities like – 24 Hrs. access, fast internet, print/scan/photocopy, conference/meeting room, networking with founders, professional and social events, mentor connect, etc., MPC also offers additional support for members like- mail and package handling, data security, investor connect, and others.
The space houses over 25 clients and witnesses a B2B to B2C ratio of 88 to 12.
