Total Revenue for FY 2023-24 increased by 22% from Rs. 463 Cr to Rs. 566 Cr in FY FY 2022-23, Data Patterns management reported.

CHENNAI, May 18 (The CONNECT)Data Patterns (India) Limited, a strategic defense and aerospace electronics systems provider catering to the indigenously developed defense products industry, today said it has recorded a profit after tax (PAT) margin of 35% for FY 2024 was against 27% in FY 2023.

PAT for FY24 was Rs. 182 Cr as against Rs. 124 Cr in FY 23, marking 47% growth.

Total Revenue for FY 2023-24 increased by 22% from Rs. 463 Cr to Rs. 566 Cr in FY FY 2022-23, while revenue from operations increased by 15% to INR 520 Cr in FY 24 as against INR 453 Cr in FY23, Data Patterns said.

The company’s EBITDA grew by 29% to INR 222 Cr in FY24 as against INR 172 Cr in FY23, PBT by 47% to INR 242 Cr (INR 165 Cr in FY23)

Data Patterns order book as on April 01, 2023 was Rs. 924 Cr.

The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6.5 per share (325% per equity share of Rs. 2 each), which is subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing AGM

Data Patterns’ core competencies include design and development across electronic hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, product prototype besides its testing, validation and verification. Its involvement has been across Radars, Electronic Warfare Suites, Communications, Avionics, Small Satellites, Automated Test Equipment, COTS and programmes catering to Tejas Light Combat Aircraft, Light Utility Helicopter, BrahMos and other Communication & Electronic Intelligence Systems.
