CYK Hospitalities brings culinary excellence to Central Delhi at IFC M3M Gurugram
GURUGRAM, Dec 18(The CONNECT) – F&B consultancy firm CYK Hospitalities has announced its collaboration with Central Delhi, From The House of Minar, an exceptional fine-dining restaurant at IFC M3M Gurugram. This dining destination celebrates the richness of Indian regional cuisine, reimagined with a contemporary flair, offering a truly elevated culinary experience.
Central Delhi, From The House of Minar, is an expansion of the iconic Minar restaurant, located in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
From inception to execution, CYK Hospitalities has played a key role in shaping Central Delhi, From The House of Minar into a gastronomic haven. The consultancy provided a comprehensive range of services, including kitchen and store layouts, menu planning and engineering, branding, packaging, and SOP execution. Their involvement extended to team hiring and training, ensuring that every guest experience is marked by impeccable service and operational excellence.
The menu created by Chef Aditi Dixit takes guests on a journey through India’s diverse flavours with signature dishes such as Benaras Tamatar ki Tart, Buratta Nadru ki Chaat, and Central Kala Jamun which introduce an innovative twist that appeals to modern palates.
