The Rs 22-lakh ICU Ambulance is equipped with all the lifesaving medical equipment required to handle emergency health care challenges while the patient is being shifted to the hospital.

It has become a challenge for these old age homes to arrange an ambulance in dire emergencies due to high costs and scattered locations of the hospitals.

Ambulance sponsors Lalit Sankrani, MD, and Prabhakar, CFO of BHEL-GE Gas Turbine Services (P) Ltd said, they took just ten seconds to decide and sponsor the ambulance because we were connected to the project as it is helping the elderly.
