MUMBAI, Feb 5 (The CONNECT) – Actress Karenjit Kaur Weber aka Sunny Leone  has purchased an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs. 8 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The transaction, registered in February 2025, incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 35.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
as per details posted on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
The property purchased by Leone is located in Veer Signature, a commercial project by Veer Group, located in Oshiwara.
