TiE Young Entreprenuers Business Plan Competition 2023

HYDERABAD, April 30 (The CONNECT) – In a closely fought finals, Team Beta emerged as the winners of the 14th TYE (TiE Young Entreprenuers) Business plan competition 2023.
The idea that they proposed was using AI to help admission officers in higher education institutions to address the problem of manual admissions that usually results in inefficiency and inaccuracy.
The Team Beta members were: Lasya Pericherla (Prerana Waldorf School); Palash Salla (Oakridge International School); Ananya Tirumala (Oakridge International School); Varun Ponnala (Oakridge International School)
Team Gamma was declared the people’s choice award winner. Their plan was about a personalized meal delivery service that involves creating customized meal plans for individuals based on their dietary needs and preferences.
The team Gamma members were Nikita Shivakumar (Prerana Waldorf School); Sujith Chennupati (Oakridge International); Veeren Chowdary Boppana (Oakridge International).
The Winners will be nominated for the TYE Global Competition.
Four groups made up of 14 students from top schools across the city, pitched their innovative solutions at the TYE Finale last night.
