MUMBAI/CHENNAI, June 20 (The CONNECT) – Matrimony.com has curated a special skill development programme for its executives, in association with Bharathidasan Institute of Management-Trichy with the aim to develop future leaders for the organisation.
Dr Asit Barma, Director, BIM and Rajesh Balaji, CHRO, Matrimony.com signed the Memorandum of Understanding on June 15.
The six-month long comprehensive programme would be a mix of theory and practice with experiential learning as its core focus.
Balaji said, the programme will be delivered in a blended format to learn the concepts in the areas of deeper analytics, efficiencies, data-driven decisions and management principles and apply the same in the special projects allocated to them to solve the organisation challenges for accelerated growth.
The methodology would include case studies, simulation tools, activities, real-time projects, mentoring, role plays, and lectures around the themes of big picture thinking, execution excellence, nurturing high performance teams and data driven decision making.
Dr Barma said BIM sees an emerging space of multi-disciplinary projects and consulting for companies in new age applications. “We bring an eclectic mix of faculty with outstanding academic and industry backgrounds,” he said.
